The most ironic thing is the the most awful behavior on twitter comes from these whining twits.

Sounds like they’ve heard too many females. Especially ones under 40.

Collaborated - probably 3-5 people out of hundreds employed by the company. once again, a small minority claiming to be the voice of many others, lying because their little feelings are hurt.

Well, SpaceX has thousands of employees. If one figures that 1 percent of the populace are assholes, then they potentially have a hundred assholes in their employ. And a smaller percentage are hardcore Karens that will participate in drafting that letter. The other many thousands of workers are happy to have a good job and share options at Tesla, and concentrate on doing their job well.

President Gwynne Shotwell......what a name!

If you can, watch some of her interviews. She is a smart woman, on 2020 Time's list of 100 most influential people in the world. I think she's Irish heritage, the "Shotwell" name is her husband's name. She became an aerospace engineer in the 1980's, as well as rising to be a director during that time.

As a person from the labor force for the past 40 years, their actions and complaints tell me that Musk is doing an excellent job and the complainers have both too much spare time on their hands and lack an understanding of boundaries both professional and personal.

The same old play book. If a guy isn’t a lefty he’s accused of sexual harassment. Never mind if the charge is baseless because the media will agree to condemn the accused. Almost forgot, except if u r bill clinton. Then it’s a private family matter.

They’re all over the place - allsorts of draft letters people want you to sign. Bots doing what bots do!

From the article:

The document claims that employees “across the spectra of gender, ethnicity, seniority, and technical roles have collaborated on” writing the letter.

They need much more than firing. They’re lucky that they’re living and working in the U.S.S.A.

👿

Old grinding mill wheels, if they were too close, could heat up and or spark, very bad thing to do when you had fine flour in the air. When I was a kid, would make fuel air bombs. Put a rubber hose in a can of flour with a candle, blow on the hose and boom. So if a miller didn’t keep his nose to the grindstone, trying to detect whiffs of burning or heating, he could go boom. So he had “to keep his nose to the grindstone”.

Thank you for giving me the background on that old saying. Now it makes a lot more sense.

The previous SJW complaint referenced at the end of this piece is worth reviewing, if you need some insight into the mentality, and methods of the deraged SJW's infesting the contemporary workplace.

She has a lot of grievances, but she can't help beginning with a self-own:

I started at SpaceX as an intern in 2017, joined the team full time in 2019 as a build reliability engineer, and was later promoted to mission integration engineer. ...  For a woman, particularly an Asian American woman, to reach a position at this level in the space industry is next to impossible.

It's so impossible that this mediocrity managed three promotions in as many years, and was ultimately responsible for inspecting the crew dragon launch.  Maybe I wouldn't feel so comfortable sitting on top of a Falcon 9 that she had "inspected".

She seems most upset, though, that Elon somehow failed to sign on to her little project that appears to have consumed most of her passion and energy.

Dismayed by the lack of an environmental plan, I created a plan that would bring SpaceX to full carbon neutrality by 2030. It contained a framework for a diverse and functional society that would learn from our colonial past and incorporate indigenous expertise. I brought this plan directly to Elon Musk, who dismissed it with an email that said: “We have wind and solar energy.”

Having failed to use SpaceX resources for her agenda (carbon neutrality), rather than the company's actual reason for existence (building rocket ships and sending them to Mars), she takes the obvious next tack: she was sexually harassed!  Surely that's the trump card that will bring her attention, power, and feels!

This happens all the time, and everywhere.  The only solution is to keep the SJW's out of your company. They WILL seek to weaponize the HR department to direct all of the company's resources to their little agenda of the moment.

I admit to just skimming the article.

Wondering just how many snowflake employees are really onboard with this letter.
