Before I retired, I refused to sit in meetings with this guy in women's clothes who seemed to be staring at me just a bit too much. (it was NOT my imagination)
The problem with “diversity” and “inclusiveness” is that the way these are being used is to silo everyone into groups so that individuality (the real diversity) is completely swallowed up in identity politics.
Ironically, this is one of the biggest complaints of minorities. A black person does not necessarily want to be asked to give an opinion on something based on representing all black people. Etc. Etc.
There needs to be a balance between diversity and community, inclusiveness and cohesion.
Diversity means don’t hire Whitey, normal people, people with all original body parts still intact and people who go to church.

This “woke virus” is serious and debilitating. Try to imagine how much capital is squandered and productivity is lessened nationwide as American corporations waste time, money and resources implementing and enforcing these lunatic policies.
