“Truth Social” was rejected not because it seems “similar” to other trade names, but because some small minds do not want the word “Truth” associated in any way, shape, form, or manner, with the name of Donald J. Trump. They probably even object to the word “Social” being used in conjunction with anything related to Trump.

Do a Google search for Truth Social. That’s how you find the close names that can cause the confusion.
I did that and I’m confused. I just looked at Page 1 and I counted 44 links to Trump’s Truth Social and ZERO to those confusion factors. Why don’t those confusion factors show up?
Maybe it’s a bad Google algorithm. Or maybe it’s just a totally screwed up and politicized Patent Office.
Maybe it’s just part of the plan to silence Trump at all costs.
USPTO almost always rejects TM or patent applications upon initial filing. Trump’s attorneys will adjust the application and resubmit. It is a process.

Sure. The name is two words, used together. “Truth” goes first, then “social.” That is unique.
“Face” is a very common word. So is “book.” Facebook is not unique enough. Take it down.

I know exactly where that Vero place is because I live in Vero Beach. It is an off the track strip mall building. My brother was sending me articles from them for a time and it was from Vero Beach so I decided to go see where it was. It looked quite empty. The person who ran it was a Christian minister supposedly and very far right I think
