Well, he’s right. It’s not the job of prosecutors to obsess about one person they don’t like looking for some way to indict them. It’s their job to prosecute criminal complaints brought to them by the police and the public.
Your paycheck melted by 8% this year. But take comfort in the fact that we are not in a Recession.
It’s witch hunting, plain and simple.
If this ever makes it to court, the D A should be laughed out of town. The ‘victims’ will be Trump’s witnesses.
Pretty sure this suit is not going to get much traction, legally.
Not only is “Tish” relentlessly pursuing President Trump, she is ignoring the blatant criminal activity of Hillary (and Bill) Clinton and Warren Wilhelm Jr. and his Concubine, Chirlane McCray, who “can’t account” for over $850 MILLION TAXPAYER DOLLARS used in her “mental health initiative..” “Tish” is as crooked as Lombard Street.
Right on......kudos.
Are you a lawyer? [legitimate question]
Would be funny if she gets voted out of office in a red wave
The early votes in NYC metro really lagging the red areas of the state
Democrats? Intimidation??
Who woulda thunk??
Insert photos of Obama, Hillary and Dementia Joe. That’s who!
Sue the hell out her and everyone on her staff. I don’t like lawfare, but fire sometimes needs to be fought with fire.
What - running for public office by promising to prosecute an individual American citizen for no crime in particular is illegal?
What is the basis for jurisdiction in FL?
Does she own property there?
Expect “No Standing” ruling from judge in 3...2...1
This is why immunity needs to be revoked for prosecutors.
It was created in the 1970's by the Supreme Court.
Prosecutorial immunity is an absolute shield against damages lawsuits for claims that arise from prosecutorial actions. Believing that the constant worry of lawsuits would impede prosecutors’ ability to do their job, in its 1976 decision Imbler v. Pachtman, the Supreme Court created this immunity to serve the “public trust” and ensure “the proper functioning of the criminal justice system.”
Maybe the current court can reverse this non-sense as well as affirmative action and Row v. Wade.
It was the notoriously Progressive Burger Court.
When someone like James can be voted in as the state AG, it’s time to leave the state because the voters are brain dead and these idiots will quickly drive the state over the cliff.
