OK, I've gone through this exercise many times before, but I'll repeat it just in part:
Conservatives MUST first get into the easy "PTA, school board, and local planning boards" immediately.
School teachers and principles are largely liberals. Conservatives must gravitate into those positions.
University positions need to have their conservative counter-parts.
The Department of Education in every state is staffed with liberals. Conservatives must pinch their noses to get doctorates in education and then take positions in those jobs.
Conservatives must move into Federal jobs that perform educational planning. That also requires doctorate degrees.
There need to be riots and demonstrations in the streets when there are issues being ignored or mishandled by politicians.
Politicians need to get a deluge of letters, emails, and phone calls concerning issues.
Corporation management positions are stuffed to the gills with liberals. That must be balanced.
There are three important considerations looming over all of this. First, the young have all been fully indoctrinated and a super-majority of them will soon overwhelm the conservative vote. Second, decades will be required to penetrate the aforementioned leadership positions in society; and, there isn't that much time remaining before this Nation goes full commie. Liberals are the hippies of the sixties and seventies, and they all went into education and government. They are decades ahead of us, and they do plan tactics and work together. Third, the proposed solutions will take planning, coordination, and training. Conservatives don't seem to be a very cohesive or cooperating bunch of people. Please take note of how many here on FreeRepublic treat their fellows. With friends like these there is no need for enemies.

I think there are hundreds of thousands that are taking the GR seriously. What the hell can a person do? These people are powerful, evil and have limitless resources as well as control of most major legislative bodies worldwide.
