Blow it out your left ear. He didn’t say what you are implying. Please keep on defending Mizz Clintoon and showing who you really are.

No, that does not state that “fraud negates constitutional certification.”

is Election Fraud mentioned in the Constitution?

is it?

then it is reserved to the States and to the people.

is it a Constitutional Crisis? Yes.

one cannot hide behind the constitution after committing fraud.

No, it isn’t but the method of selecting a President certainly is. Now explain the mechanism for changing the outcome of the 2020 election that is in the Constitution. If your method isn’t there, then you’re fostering on overthrow of the Constitution and a rebellion.

if it is shown that state election laws were violated, and resulted in an illegitimate outcome, or the sitting of illegitimate electors, i see grounds for restitution.

“Allows for the termination” and “recommend the suspension of” are two different things. More media misleading headlines.

He did not call for suspension of the constitution. He called for termination of the rules, regulations and articles found in the Constitution. Termination, not suspension.
