This is not just an American problem it’s a worldwide problem certain races or ethnic groups lag probably because of their chronological history of isolation and less development which results in groups of people that simply don’t perform in the modern world as well as others and it also breaks down within certain groups I live in the south and we have several classes of white people we have achievers and we have not achievers who waddle around Walmart at 300 pounds and live on disability and sell pain meds and milk the government and live month to month but yet they have a very nice television and a good cell phone it’s just how humanity breaks down there’s no question that the black rice in this world lags behind most white ethnic groups and some high Asians know of course you can find people within the black community who are far more intelligent than the average white person but we’re not talking about the exceptions we’re talking about the averages it’s the same thing for Amer Indians in the western hemisphere they simply do not perform in a modern civilization as well as their colonizers have and you can look at Asia there is a large difference in the behavior of Japanese and mandarins and Koreans versus Filipinos and Laotians and tribal Vietnamese or tribal Thai and the same thing in India which is probably why they had their caste
Trying to remedy all of this through guilt particularly targeting the white rice is like throwing the baby out with the bathwater we’re destroying the very groups that are productive in order to appease the grievances and to accommodate economically those who perform less well in general
I’m 65 years old when I was a kid people did not think like this they were all about helping people who needed help but they also recognize some groups simply do as well as others
