African Americans constitute 6% of San Francisco’s population, a percentage similar to that for California as a whole. The majority of the city’s black population reside within the neighborhoods of Bayview-Hunters Point, Visitacion Valley, and the Fillmore District. SF population is 842k.
They want the guaranteed income PLUS reparations and all of LBJ’s Great Society benefits, IMO.
Obviously none of you posters understand liberal economics.
1) Give blacks 5 million to vote democrat
2) Tax residents 95%
3) Use billions taxed from blacks windfall to pay off friends and donors and state deficit goes away.

You are correct, never under estimate the lengths a politician will go to for votes. Spending other people’s’ money is just par for the course.
Yeah. Not gonna happen—the money just isn’t there. Maybe the Blacks will get sufficiently angry and burn SF to the ground? Or maybe they’ll just loot the remaining retailers in SF and Oakland?
So basically, San Francisco is going to switch from dumping cash into High-Speed Rail to dumping cash into Reparations?
