".....these charges are not federal"

Probably why this Soros puppet DA is trying to raise them to the federal standard.

Apparently if the subject has been out of the jurisdiction of the court that the time absent is added to the time allowed to bring Federal charges.

That bull shit won’t fly. Answer two questions: Where was Trump last Thursday? And what did Bragg do last Thursday?

I think there’s a major flaw in the indictment which Bragg is obscuring thus far.

There is no false ledger entry.

The specific payments were to Cohen. Stormy Daniels had been paid already.

No matter the reason for the payments to Cohen, the ledger is not false.

That’s why the indictment says there was no “retainer agreement” with Cohen. But “retainer” is a term of art. At that point Trump only owed Cohen money.

The ledger entries were correct.

I’m no lawyer and I have a question. We all know the saying “you can indict a ham sandwich,” implying anyone can be indicted for just about anything due to the low burden of proof.

Can Trump and his lawyers motion for the judge presiding to dismiss the charges prima facie because they’re bogus? Or must it go to trial first?

Here is the long definition of “fleeing”. Notice that it does not apply to Trump, and therefore the constitution does not even force extradition:

“synonyms: run, run away, run off, make a run for it, run for it, take flight, be gone, make off, take off, take to one’s heels, make a break for it, bolt, beat a (hasty) retreat, make a quick exit, make one’s getaway, escape, absent oneself, make oneself scarce, abscond, head for the hills, do a disappearing act, beat it, clear off, clear out, vamoose, skedaddle, split, cut and run, show a clean pair of heels, turn tail, scram, do a runner, scarper, do a bunk, leg it, light out, bug out, cut out, peel out, take a powder, skiddoo, go through, shoot through, fly, run away from, leave hastily/abruptly, escape from, skip, bugger off”

What’s the underlying crime? Oh oh, wait Bragg won’t say. In other words Bragg is saying Well there’s a crime but I’m not going to tell you what it is, which is unconstitutional. What a bogus piece of s*** this is...

As Camel-nosed Harris is likely to explain to us, these were all felonious felonies because they all involved felonies that were felonious.   And, furthermore, there were 34 counts involved because there were 34 government lawyers on the crack (head) team which composed the indictment document.

Because she stole a lot of FBI files full of background checks and investigative notes. I sometimes wonder if she has copies of Epstein’s files.

This is really 34 counts of indictment against a ham sandwich.

They even slathered on extra Mao, er, mayo.

Fleeing as per US Code, http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1073 :

Whoever moves or travels in interstate or foreign commerce with intent either (1) to avoid prosecution, or custody or confinement after conviction, under the laws of the place from which he flees, for a crime, or an attempt to commit a crime, punishable by death or which is a felony under the laws of the place from which the fugitive flees, or (2) to avoid giving testimony in any criminal proceedings in such place in which the commission of an offense punishable by death or which is a felony under the laws of such place, is charged, or (3) to avoid service of, or contempt proceedings for alleged disobedience of, lawful process requiring attendance and the giving of testimony or the production of documentary evidence before an agency of a State empowered by the law of such State to conduct investigations of alleged criminal activities, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. For the purposes of clause (3) of this paragraph, the term “State” includes a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States.

Violations of this section may be prosecuted only in the Federal judicial district in which the original crime was alleged to have been committed, or in which the person was held in custody or confinement, or in which an avoidance of service of process or a contempt referred to in clause (3) of the first paragraph of this section is alleged to have been committed, and only upon formal approval in writing by the Attorney General, the Deputy Attorney General, the Associate Attorney General, or an Assistant Attorney General of the United States, which function of approving prosecutions may not be delegated.

NYS Penal Code only refers to fleeing in the context of running away from a police or parole officer. At least as far as what I’ve been able to find.

It doesn’t matter if the charges are bogus, have no basis in law, etc. What matters is that this is a NYC prosecutor and court and the law is what they decide it to be. One can be convicted in a kangaroo court just the same as in a real court. Trump won’t beat these charges until they get appealed all the way up the NY system and they get into the federal courts. His only hope is to get it into federal court, and even then it will take a couple of appeals to settle it. The dems own the justice system.

What does that even mean? More legalese BS?

It means Trump wasn’t in New York City and Trump couldn’t be served an indictment from previous investigations. The eff’n lard ass negro just served him last Thursday and where was Trump? In Florida, not New York City.

Trump a "flight risk" - ROFLOLOL. Hell of an exaggeration. Really weak sauce. I don't think that dude has run from anything in his life. Mess with him, he turns and gets in their faces. Like he's doing right now.
