This is staged to make Biden look tough on China.
There are hundreds, maybe thousands of Chinese operatives in the Us keeping dissidents in-line. They should all be arrested and deported. But that is not going to happen.
Instead, they arrest two guys and make a really big deal out of it by staging a live press conference with uber hype.
