He is. They aren’t and he has been exposing them. There are more bad guys than good guys of either Party in the Texas House who don’t like being exposed, so they made up a bunch of bogus charges just like the US House did against Trump to impeach him.

As we found out in the 2020 election, RINOs at state level are as bad as if not worse than federal RINOs. They let judges, secs of state, election commission/boards etc take over how we vote when the US constitution is very clear on who makes the rules, them.
