There really wasn’t that nice rain scent when I was out but that might be because it had already rained, briefly, a couple of times earlier. The sound was nice, at least, but the steamy part took some fun out of being outside.
Once this has passed, there’s no rain for at least the next 10 days.

Woohoo!! You and Gizmo finally got to head out to the lake. He sure had a grand time.
Well, that’s a bummer that there was no refreshing rain scent. But at least there was some rain. And who knows, maybe there will be a few little storms that sneak in before the 10 days are up.
PS...I just noticed that I forgot to send this 2 hours ago. Now it’s time to go to sleep. I’m losin’ it. LOL!

Ya never know what Mother Nature has in store. Some little wet system might show up over the next 10 days. I got .3 of an inch before midnight and .9 of an inch after. Might get a sprinkle in a few minutes. The front seems to be stalled and rain showers still run along it.
Sleep well and late. Catch ya tomorrow.
It took some coaxing to get him to come to the pickup door and let him get in. He’s not very big obviously but still have to be careful.
I know you are aware of what you can and cannot do right now, and Gizmo will adjust to the temporary changes. He’s a smart boy. :)
