I’m guessing that it may, at least crudely. I might just ask our local NWS Office - they are pretty responsive to inquiries, usually.
They also have a couple writers of their “Forecast Discussions” that are a bit less staid than some other NWS Offices. Most offices’ statements are, well, more like typical gov’t verbage. Not ours. Especially when describing our humidity. One forecaster likes to use the word “disgusting” when the dewpoint gets above 75 deg. or so in the summer. Another prefers “insufferable”, esp. if we get near 80. Somehow, I don’t think those “discussions” are generated by AI!
Exactly comparing whitmer the clown makeup artist to Desantis is like comparing Trump to Obiden. The boss, best president ever, to Obamas lackey. Dems are losers our guys winners.
