Exactly.
After reading this today I had the thought that if we were granted time travel then going back and eliminating her years ago as a Holy Vigilante would have saved many lives.
God has not granted that to us.
I then thought of bringing her to the authorities but remember the system favors the guilty criminals so they can go out to find more innocent victims so that’s out.
YUP, we have the same employment problems in state service jobs.
As a supervisor that had to fire several employees I found some very effective ways to get around those stupid state rules of “DON’T ASK—DON’T TELL” about a former employee.
I would just ask the future prospective employer of one of my fired crap employees some very specific questions about their companies operating procedures.
1: Does your company do employee drug testing on a scheduled basis.
2: Does your company have a controlled sign out form for tools and equipment.
3: Does your company have a controlled sign out form for materials and supplies.
4: Does your company have strict regulation about in house and customer fraternization.
If so, I would suggest that you PAY STRICT ATTENTION to all the above questions and ENFORCE THEM BRUTALLY!
See, not a single reference to the employee I fired and they would potentially hire, but effective all the same.
AND THE PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEER CAN ADD ANY ADDITIONAL PARAMETERS TO THOSE QUESTIONS LISTED ABOVE THEY FEEL NECESSARY!
