My guess like most refugees they'd prefer to stay where they are, other than the terrorists who will be glad to come here. Unless the West successfully stops Israel, Gaza will again have the potential to become a successful mini state. Perhaps an East Mediterranean Monaco, the region lost their Paris to terror years ago. What's needed is some temporary relocation site, a legitimate government, the "West Bank" needs this too, and the willingness to allow an Israeli presence for an extended period of time to establish normalcy.
Arabs let other Arabs rot in refugee camps, because helping them reestablish themselves after a defeat by the evil Zionists would mean conceding that they were defeated by a bunch of JOOOOS! So the Palis cannot be allowed to suck it up and get on with their lives, because then they won’t be living for revenge for Naqbah, and that would be inhuman humiliation. The honorable thing to do is let them rot in refugee camps./sarc
