Certainly at least one out of those 80 million might have "standing" in the opinion of the Court which in recent years has been reluctant to decide much of anything to do with elections. (I am well aware that elections are a matter reserved to the states, but I think this strategy may be in violation of other areas of the Constitution.)
The Supreme Court are cowards. Why adjudicate this 50 times? They’re all in on it.

You are probably correct, but there are more rumblings than we have seen for a long time.
Removing a popular front-runner from the ballot for any reason would be a slap in the face to We The People, especially when doing so would so clearly favor one political party over another.
I doubt the higher courts will allow it - the last thing they want is the appearance of the courts putting their heavy hand on an election.
But then again, I did not think the courts would dismiss challenges to the blatantly stolen 2020 election… so…I guess we are probably screwed.

They do not respect law or even the meaning of words and terms. There was unqualifiedly no insurrection of any kind. Questions about the election results are not in any way manner shape or form an attempt to overthrow the election. The Democrats themselves have questioned results many times.
There WILL be blood in the streets for this reason: The Left are not ruled by law or by reason but only by their own rage and hatred and absolute intolerance of the “other” . (That’s you and me).
When flying or driving make certain the conveyance goes over or around Colorado. Under no circumstances should one stay in Colorado or buy anything there.

Denying Trump and his potential voters due process with regard to a presidential election would be an insurrection against the United States and its Constitution.

Sorry- didn’t mean pending cases, it should have read, possible cases to bring agaisnt Trump- they haven’t filed yet but in the “research phase” , and it is districts, not whole,states i think they said.
