As long as we sit back and do not one damned thing, this bullshit will continue.

In addition, these states should have no voice at all in the Federal level of our Republic.

lol

“A lower court judge has already agreed...” - well then, there it is, the court ‘just decided’. Me thinks, somehow, that’s not how it works.

Given the cake case, I would have asked that Colorado lose its status as a state due to its refusal to provide for “perfect religious freedom” which was a Congressionally set condition for the existence of many states.

He hasn’t been convicted of anything. How is he a felon?

Let’s be perfectly clear . . . there is NOTHING in the 14th amendment forbidding RUNNING for office. The 14A specifically identifies HOLDING office

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath…

It looks like this case is not yet ripe for a court to address

On September 8, 1935, [Huey] Long traveled to the State Capitol to pass a bill that would gerrymander the district of an opponent, Judge Benjamin Pavy, who had held his position for 28 years. At 9:20 p.m., just after passage of the bill effectively removing Pavy, Pavy’s son-in-law, Carl Weiss, approached Long, and, according to the generally accepted version of events, fired a single shot with a handgun from four feet (1.2 m) away, striking Long in the torso. Long’s bodyguards, nicknamed the “Cossacks” or “skullcrushers”, then fired at Weiss with their pistols, killing him. An autopsy found Weiss had been shot at least 60 times. Long ran down a flight of stairs and across the capitol grounds, hailing a car to take him to Our Lady of the Lake Hospital. He was rushed to the operating room where surgery closed perforations in his intestines but failed to stop internal bleeding. Long died at 4:10 a.m. on September 10, 31 hours after being shot.

“No biggie if it is California. He wasn’t going to win there anyway.”

Trump carried Beverly Hills in 2020 despite massive Dem dominance in registration numbers.

Why? Because Beverly Hills didn’t use electronic voting machines.

IMHO Trump won California in 2020.

Not going to happen because there was no insurrection.

Trump ‘engaged’ in insurrection is a suspicion by halfwits but is not a conviction by a jury!

If a judge happens to be in a bank when it is being robbed, would he be guilty of ‘engaging’ in a bank robbery? Pure insanity!!!!!

Wherever Trump is removed from the ballot, neither polling places nor voting should be permitted. Mostly peaceful blockades should arise.

"Donald Trump Being Kicked off 2024 Ballot Looks More Likely"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

First, the bottom line.

Consider that probably the main reason that we hear political party and media complaints about the electoral college is that the electoral college is the only thing stopping the corrupt political parties from establishing a permanent puppet presidency that will unquestioningly sign all unconstitutional taxing and spending bills into law imo.

Next, constitutional lawmakers limited the option of the states to effectively keep a candidate's name off a state's presidential ballot by requiring a state's legislators to appoint presidential electors who could be trusted to note vote for a given candidate.

But the reality is that the corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties that have pirated control of state and federal governments have been blatantly wrongly ignoring that the 12th Amendment (electoral vote rules) reasonably indicates that presidential ballots are write-in ballots, no candidate names on such ballots anyway.

Excerpted from 12A:

"The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice- President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate [emphasis added], [...]"

Also, consider that the states surrendered their power to make so-called "winner take all" laws for electoral votes when they ratified the Constitution, such laws unconstitutional imo.

In fact, despite desperate Democratic "all votes count" mantra, Justice Joseph Story had later explained that when political parties divide a state's electoral votes, doing so weakens (obviously) a state's electoral votes for each candidate, similarly to when a state's federal senators vote yes and no on an issue, effectively cancelling each other's votes.

"In case of any party divisions in a state, it may neutralize its whole vote [emphasis added], while all the other states give an unbroken electoral vote." —Justice Joseph Story, Article 2, Section 1, Clauses 2 and 3, Commentaries on the Constitution 3, 1833.

In the context of J6, Pence and Congress needed to accept Biden's alleged stolen electoral votes ASAP (déjà vu Pelosi scandalously ramming Obamacare) to prevent further public scrutiny of 12A simply because the corrupt federal government has been wrongly ignoring state non-compliance with 12A for a long time imo.

Again, probably the main reason that we hear political party and media complaints about the electoral college is that the electoral college is the only thing stopping the corrupt political parties from establishing a permanent puppet presidency that will unquestioningly sign all unconstitutional taxing and spending bills into law imo.

I hate raining on good people’s parades, but I’m all the time telling my family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors Trump simply won’t win. NOT saying he doesn’t deserve to: of COURSE he does! Just saying the elites won’t allow it. They’ll force him off the ballot, steal the election from him (again), jail him, or, worst comes to worst: ASSASSINATE him!

I can think of only two realistic possibilities for a second Trump term: 1/ he makes a backroom deal with the elites, agreeing to give them their much coveted Ukraine war if they let him win, or 2/ he credibly threatens the elites with revolution if they steal another election.
