Riddle me this: Why do you think the Oil Desperados of Caracas and the Sheikhs of Saudi Aramco are good with America’s Sierra Club keeping Albert’s oilsands Landlocked? it only makes sense if they want to keep us from flooding out Europe & Asia while forcing us to keep selling our oil at a discount to American Big Oil retailers while blaming the Latinos & Arabs for their exhorbitant prices at the pumps. That’s not just greed, it’s racist greed.

During the great depression my dad worked in a cotton gin 10 hours a day, 6 days a week for 50 cents a day and was thrilled to have a job, even if it only lasted through the cotton harvest period.
That’s 50 cents per day, not per hour.
He also told me that 50 cents would buy a considerable amount of food.
