It is time to allow us energy companies to supply low-cost energy by opening up drilling, allow clean coal, and building nuclear reactors.
More energy production will lower energy costs, bringing down the cost of just about everything.

Cheapest I usually see around here in the Toronto area is about $3.50 ($2.50 US) or so. Now if you want free range brown omega 3 added ones they go into the $5,$6,$7 range.
