Eating it in its green state, usually named edamame (in pods and shelled), is a much safer and healthier choice for soy.
I understand it is okay in fermented state as well (e.g. soy sauce). My dairy sensitive wife likes soy milk, and that's not a problem for her.

A fantasy disguised is fact. Ie Lies, lies and more lies. The people who write and approve the publication of this should be fed this garbage for the rest of their lives

Cattle/hogs/chickens/turkeys/sheep/goats/etc eat grass and corn.
Therefore, my freezers are all full of plant-based meat.
“They” can stick their frankenfoods right straight up their homo rainbow keisters.

The cholesterol thing is a big scam. The body produces cholesterol and you would die without it.
Cholesterol is a type of fat that is part of all animal cells.
It is essential for many of the body’s metabolic processes, including the production of hormones, bile and vitamin D.

Would think that by raising cattle on a hundred acres of land you would produce much more protein than by growing crops on it.

Many problems would be solved if Associated Ptess would eat their own $hit, instead of feeding it to the public. So TRUE!

Vegetarianism (not Veganism) can be healthy.
But fake meat just leaves you craving the real thing.

Can’t wait plant based filet mignon!

(a) The “elites” esp. Dems will always have all the real meat they want.
(b) plant-based “meat” neither is meat nor does it taste remotely like meat. (I’ve tried a few.)

if plants are so yummy, why do they keep trying to make them taste like meat?
