Someone with a low IQ like yourself isn’t in a position to speculate upon the IQ of others. Whether you like him or not it’s obvious Putin is no dummy.

The list of names is a "who's who" of neo-con / neo-lib lobbying for war. Some of those names are connected to "big money" and "hedge funds" and the like. Note that this "institute" is only from 2007 and forward. This is a lobbying business while being a a U.S. 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and war is a racket. Its racket.
Did we miss it?
If I were a dictator and I heard the Mayor of my capital wsa bad mouthing me, I would certainly not have neglected to speak with him for more than a year. Doesn’t sound like the behavior of any dictator I ever heard of. Look what happened to Putin’s supporter, Progozhin, when he stopped being Putin’s supporter, now there is a dictator as you say.
