I’m guessing they already knew what was there, only showed up to “investigate” something they approved of, and destroyed evidence to cover it up.
Remember, gain of function research was moved outside the U.S. to hide it and prepare for the plandemic.

The CDC and such pointed to the 2014 Ebola response as an excuse to quarantine the entire nation when the coof hit.
Problem with that reasoning is that only the exposed and infected were quarantined, and with coof they locked down everything.
And ebola has a vastly higher mortality rate than the coof.

You could substitute CDC with MSM, or FBI for that matter. A complete lack of curiosity about certain crimes right under their noses.
