Objectors in Biden’s case assert he has “given aid or comfort to the enemies” during his time as a U.S. senator, vice president, and president. In their 177-page filing shared with The State Journal-Register, the objectors define China, Iran, Sinaloa Cartel and MS-13 as foreign enemies and detail in-part how Biden has assisted them.
“Biden has given aid and comfort to enemies of the Constitution and the United States by, among other things, failing to enforce the laws of the United States, allowing entry of enemy agents illegally into the country including tens of thousands of military age men, and abandoning assets of the United States to the possession of our enemies,” the objectors wrote in their filing.
Barry will March down there and draw a red line.

It is state and local lands. The only federal lands along the border except the border it’s self is Big Bend National Park. And it is a long way away from Eagle Pass.

By hauling Texas to court, Texas is given standing by the Biden administration.
The Congress has the power of naturalization. If Congress want to make invading foreigners citizens it can via a “uniform rule of naturalization”.
Until Congress makes foreigners citizens, states have the power to toss foreigners out or to bar their entry.

Please. But doesn't matter. The chances of Biden winning Texas are about the same as the chances of Texas becoming part of Russia.
Last I checked though significant efforts are being made in Texas, Missouri, Arizona, and Florida to kick Biden off the ballot. Arizona is probably the most important one because it is a swing state. The other ones Trump will win regardless.

Could you imagine 5 years ago that the Federal Government would be interfering with States ability to stop an invasion of illegal aliens into our country?! I hope Dopey sends down some border patrol agents to try to open it back up and I hope Abbott and Paxton arrest everyone of them.
Oh and Illinois — a blue state. That would seriously hurt Biden’s re-election chances. (Think someone posted a link above.)
