If anything its tue fault of the school. They are charged with student safety during the day.

This story made me sick to my stomach. How on earth does a school with a special needs child NOT keep a reasonable eye on said student?

As a teacher, I often found myself hurting for disabled students that are forced into going to school when they are incapable of benefitting from education.

I do believe this would be true for a student with an IQ of 60.

Many parents use the schools to relieve the burden of caring for these kids.

Ofttimes the "SPED teachers" were less than caring.
