I belive MOST CPB agents are good people.

I wonder if Posting, If you do this, CBP person. You WILL be Arrested and prosecuted.

That may turn a lot of CBP agents from acting.

But, I suspect, if these violations were felonies. If prosectuted. That could put those CBP agents in the position of being ineligable to hold a CBP job. Where they’d lose their job/ pension either way.

And if I were Abbott, I would have cameras at the ready to show federal agents cutting wire and escorting illegals through.

Insufficient. We have passed the point where outraged public opinion matters.

Federal agents must be arrested at gunpoint if they make such attempts. And forcibly subdued if they resist arrest.

Demands to place the National Guard of Texas under Federal command must be refused.

Yes, it is time for that. The Federal government has discarded the rule of law. This gets settled by forcible non-compliance with their orders. Or not. Either way, what follows is bad.

(slow golf clap).... Congrats Biden... you figured out a way to unite every single “real” Texan.

I’ve got a better idea!!!!

Why not call out the California and New York National Guard to mobililze and then to forcefully move the Texas National Guard out of the way in order to enforce federal law?.... and make sure that the little old Texas Militia is also “detained”.... you know how frisky those pesky Texans are.

AANNNNNDDDD that should just about put a nice donkey tail on the entire situation.

From 1903 to present, following the Militia Act of 1903, the Texas Militia is legally empowered by Title 32 of the United States Code and Article 4, Section 7 of the Constitution of the State of Texas to “execute the laws of the state, to suppress insurrections, and to repel invasions”. Operations are conducted under command of the Texas Military Department by the Texas Adjutant General.

Oh... if Biden mentions Texas Militia air assets... 147th Attack Wing has MQ-9 Reapers and 149th Fighter Wing flys and trains USAF F-16C/D Fighting Falcons...

No element of the Texas Air National Guard is under United States Air Force command. They are under the jurisdiction of the Governor of Texas through the office of the Texas Adjutant General unless they are federalized by order of the President of the United States. The Texas Air National Guard is headquartered at Camp Mabry, Austin, and its chief of staff is Brigadier General Matthew Barker.

It called the Texas State Guard. It is, not the National Guard, is what Abbott is using.

By law, the President cannot “federalize” the command of a State’s National Guard unit. The governor of the State is in command of the State’s National Guard.

Dems are tyrants— look at the crap they are trying to pull while denying the National Guard of DC (which IS commanded by the US President, under Federal Law) being deployed 3 days before January 6th, 2021, when offered by President Trump to do so for security of the Capitol and surrounding Fedgov buildings. Pelosi has NEVER explained this— or her firing of the Capitol Police chief in the House or Mitchie McCokeall’s firing of the Senate Capitol Police Chief—the day after Jan. 6th. Damned liars Pelosi and Mitchie boy.

Yes, and process “migrants”, cook them lobster and filet mignon, build them new homes, chauffeur them about, provide firearms training…

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas_Military_Forces

interesting read

“After the United States Armed Forces, Texas Military Forces are the most capable, mission-ready forces in the United States.[22][23][18] They include infantry, paratroopers, special forces, armored cavalry, field artillery, communication, cyber, intelligence, support, medical, engineering, civil affairs, and weapon of mass destruction response units totaling over 23,000 service members. It also maintains a fleet of manned and unmanned aircraft with strike, reconnaissance, and transport capabilities, a fleet of rotorcraft, and a fleet of riverine watercraft. It maintains a statewide network of garrison, training, and monitoring installations. It maintains command and control through shelter and mobile tactical operations centers”

Davy Crockett made the trip....

“Davy Crockett and a 30-man armed brigade arrived in Nacogdoches, Texas, in January 1836 during the Texas War for Independence. Crockett swore allegiance to the Provisional Government of Texas in exchange for land and arrived in San Antonio at the Alamo Mission in February.”

That would contradict the plot of that Civil-War Netflix movie produced by O’Muslim.

Philly newspaper

Eagle Pass is today’s Fort Sumter. Biden must federalize the Texas National Guard.

Texas stand-off between Abbott’s tin solders and U.S. Border Patrol is greatest challenge to federal authority in 60 years. Biden must act.

The men can just switch to the Texas State Guard.

No federal authority.

Most probably are members.

It’s an election year trap for Brandon.

Biden's handlers want to talk about abortion. Not the border.

So the smart thing is to let Texas do want they want to do now. Then after Biden wins reelection, crack down big time in November.
