Well, he’s done with the press conference and didn’t resign. We dodged a bullit there. And, of course you’re right about “Moochelle.”
This is all about getting rid of Biden who doesn’t want to go. Garland could have redacted or even withheld the report, but they put it out there to embarrass Biden and put him on the defensive. They knew he’d have a press conference to deny a report saying he is an old man with a bad memory and act just like an old man with a bad memory who also looks like hell, can’t control his temper, and yells at people.
Way to go Joe. Tomorrow how about aiming at the other foot?

Biden in his statement tonight said the prosecutor was wrong, and that he never said Biden willfully did anything, that he lied about Biden’s memory problems. Mark Levin pointed out that Biden when asked about Gaza, said he told the president of Mexico that he’s giving aid to Gaza. He named the president of Egypt, not Mexico. Tonight, he confused the president of Egypt with the president of Mexico. He also denied that he couldn’t remember when his son died or when he was vice president.
They were testing his capacity to face a trial and concluded he was an old man with a failing memory. That explains their questions that he raged about tonight as being inappropriate. Biden lied and blamed others for the fact that there were classified documents dumped in his garage, house, etc. He knew nothing about it, he says. Those were his excuses tonight. What a pathetic, disgusting creep he is.
But he wasn’t an elderly man with poor memory when he took the documents unlawfully when he was a Senator or Vice President. Why isn’t this point being made. It’s not like he just took the documents yesterday.
And was getting money from China.
He wasn’t a dementia patient when he was a Senator of VP when he committed the crimes.
Biden has a pass now so he can resign. He’s free as a bird and guilty as hell. Also they can still go after Trump based on the fact Trump isn’t mentally a vegetable.
It’s a win win for the democrat party.
The only problem might be that Biden will resist resigning.
I’ve signed DOZENS of liability acknowledgement affidavits regarding classified information all the way up to TS/SCI.
NONE of them mentioned anything about being old or having a bad memory. All of them carried penalties of a minimum 5 years (now 10, IIRC) and hefty fines.
The gravity of his reckless handling can be summed up in the description about what Top Secret information is: “information if released that could cause exceptionally grave damage to the US.”
So it begins. Laying the framework for him to step down and make way for M. Obama.
