“It will never be enough.......EVER”
Yep, that crutch is permeant.
All they get is a lousy apology while Juan and Maria get $10,000 checks, free food, free room, free phones, etc.
The Pimpmobile makers are all bitterly disappointed, too.
San Fran can do whatever because I don’t care.
What I want from the choosen culture enhancers is all my tax money back, federal, state and local for all the programs that were supposed to lift them out of feralism and hasn’t.
We need an apology for all the efforts provided to integrate the chosen into a “civil society” since it seems only one party was invested.
We as a whole need an apology for all the needless violence that the chosen has unleashed in America since there ancestors set there white bottomed feet on our soil.
“It will never be enough.......EVER”
Nope, any small payment or apology is like blood in the water to the sharks. It’s FEEDING FRENZY time!
The only way to make it stop is to tell them “Paid in full in 1865 and $20 trillion since. No more!” over and over and over again.
I always said, even during the flower power 60s, that San Franciscans were a bunch of discriminatory SOBs. Flowers in their hair my arse.
I wonder where Walton is going to store all these “apologeez” he gets. Somewhere dark, moist and warm I hope. BTW: Sorry but I’m out of them this week.
Just don’t use fossil fuels as an accelerant. All those flames and smoke made it look like the Muzzies flew airliner into the Israeli consulate.
SFO should state exactly when the discrimination that they are apologizing for started.
Weak argument. The Fillmore District was a Japanese-American neighborhood, until they Japanese-Americans were uprooted and sent to concentration camps during WWII. They only had a few days to dispose of their property and only allowed a couple suitcases. Blacks were brought in from the south of the USA to work the nearby shipyards, and housed in the vacated Japanese homes.
Within a decade, the neighborhood became a slum and many homes were falling apart due to neglect. The blacks did not build generational wealth to pass on, apart from jazz nightclubs and bars.
Redevelopment Agency razed much of the blight, and widened Geary Blvd. Japantown is fairly prosperous now that many Japanese returned, to the north of Geary Blvd. The south of Geary Blvd is largely low-income apartments and projects housing blacks. Blacks had their chance to build generational wealth after WWII but blew it.
