Ugh Judge Singh? I had one case before him once. NOT impressed. Our client got railroaded by a large insurance company who took the position that our client could not sue on standing grounds (he was a judgment creditor of an insured but only became a judgment creditor after the insurance company disclaimed coverage, and won, because the insured went bankrupt and didn’t defend the disclaimer). Actually Judge Singh took over for a judge who retired who was very receptive to our position, and then retired. The first judge ruled in our favor that our client had standing, but Judge Singh, while technically bound by the first judge’s ruling essentially ruled “well you can sue, but you can’t actually win.”
Is he in the Appellate Division now? Yikes.
There is no justice system in the US any longer.
It is them against ‘just us’.
Any loan from the Feds exposes Trump to more risk of fraud. It’s another opportunity for entrapment.

Things to do in NY

Deep State needs to be uprooted and hanged.
Business in NY and NY Banks might loan him to fight this because the rediculous precedent this sets in NY Law.
Well, this is something at least. The original ruling was so onerous that it foreclosed almost all avenues for appeal since he could not borrow money against his equity. At least it seems this judge lifted the “you can’t borrow from banks with a NY presence” ban. So it’s not a ruling on the merits of any of it, just gives him a chance to fight. Before this, he was almost totally boxed out by the ridiculous judgement.
The Appeals Court didn’t even take the time to properly consider the issue. They couldn’t have in less than 24 hours. So, the fix was obviously in. Trump needs to appeal to the next higher court (the naming of the courts in NY confuses me so I’m not going to try to name which one).
Move everything out of New York while they still have operational control. Give everyone in any building owns a 30 day eviction notice and sell buildings. Push investors move out along with the trucker strike.
Investigate the AG (likely as dirty as Fani, check where her small campaign donations came from. Bet the elderly in small amounts that is Soro’s laundries cash) and Judge (who I think likely is a pedo, or a sex freak)

You see random people in NY getting their heads smashed in with bats, punched, kicked, police getting attacked all the time, it’s lawless there. Do these judges realize that?
If the banks value Trump properties at a higher value than Trump does, will the bankers be indicted?
Since a state is a party, I believe the US Supreme Court has potential jurisdiction as with the historic civil rights cases.

Modify your law to permit an appeal.
