I took speech classes in high school and college over fifty years ago. This guy would not have gotten passing grades. But back in the day, flunking a class was possible.
This is extraordinarily bad. I am glad I am snowbirding in a remote part of the Gulf, but I kind of wish the wifi would cut out...

The phone has GPS to show where it is. The tower has a radius where any cell phone in the area pings to it.
With Wade, it comes down to the "reasonable person" test: would a reasonable person conclude that Wade's phone pinging off the tower that cover's Willis' home at midnight mean that Wade visited Willis and was not at a store or a restaurant in the area?
Would a reasonable person conclude that Wade traveling to the area of Willis' home shortly after receiving a text from her phone was not going out for a midnight shopping excursion far from the stores near his own home?

Yep. That’s a wrap. We should have a ruling by about March 15th. Friday night news drop? Or on the 17th with Monday, breaking news?
It looked like a club appearance. They were watching it from somewhere very close, realized how disastrous it was going down, waited for the judge to take a 5-minute, stormed the courtroom, and she made three contacts with Abbate, most notably when she stood up and did not whisper in his ear.
I can read lips but she was almost 'sideways-on' to the camera, yet Abbate got some vigor for about 2 minutes ... and then had to bullshit about SMS towers, and completely regressed for the rest of his turgid, lame argumentum. And so she split. BTW, I guarantee someone in that entourage is her new gigilo.
My guess is that Fani had retreated to a cloakroom and finally kicked in the laptop either then or when Stadow just laid it out bare.
I believe the judge is up for re-election. As I understand Georgia law, anyone running against him needs to file next week. This is a good reason to put off the decision two weeks.
