Make room in the Gulag. Jan. 6, 2024 insurrection. Yeah, like that would ever happen to Dems.

Houston, we have a bona fide insurrection.

And maybe organized crime.

There is no democracy to save since we are a Constitutional Republic.

If they refuse to “certify” President Trump will the cost of tars and feathers or rope go up?

And Mike Pence would still be clueless.

Mike Pence in Jan 2021: I do not have the power to not certify. The law does not allow me that choice.
Democrats in 2021: That’s right! AND we are now going to pass a law removing the power that you don’t have, so that in the future you will not be allowed to make that choice.
Democrats in 2024: No way will we certify votes for Trump. We don’t have to do it if we don’t want to. We are allowed to make that choice.

I thought Dems changed the law in the wake of J6.

The anti-MAGA's are clever enough to avoid Harris "decertifying" any 2024 election. Such action by the VP at least in one scenario will not be necessary.

If they hold solid numbers within the bodies of both the House and Senate, they alone have the authority to reject state certifications. All they need is a trumped-up charge (no pun intended) of something inflammatory like Colorado's charges of insurrection, or plausible evidence of voting "irregularities", if even that.

That is how close we are, particularly facing a political movement unafraid to steal a national election.

No insurrection, just nullify the U. S. Constitution and be
done with it?

I seen some prison time in some democrat’s future.

Wouldn’t bother me a lot to see some insurrectionist Democrats sentenced to something they couldn’t wriggle out of.

Then they should be imprisoned without charges and tortured in the DC Abu Ghraib Gulag - just like they did with the J6 Protestors. They are aiming for a Civil War.
