You say, “Erdogan could stop those transfers with the wave of his hand, but he doesn’t.” Under recognized international law he cannot. There are at least two European nations that want him to breach freedom of the seas so that they can bring suit and expel Turkey from NATO.
Yeah, the turks were “neutral” like Portugal. There is no question they worked to aid Nazis in the ME against the Allies and particularly in rounding up for the concentration camps— Roma, Jews and even Italian royal family members- in keeping with their islamic empire schemes.
“Neutral” was a cover. Some excellent research has been done . The EU is the dream of the nazi germans, now made real and dominated by the neo-Socialists trying to survive the prior reign of terror and destruction now 80 years on.
