The body of small business is still twitching

Better hit it again.

They hardly work at all. 32 hours would be an increase.

They should start by limiting Congressional and White House staff, as well as gov't employees to 32 hour work weeks.

(In fact, 24 hour or even 8 hour work weeks would be even better!)

No. In fact, he was once kicked out of a commune because he refused to do any work.

My longest work week — after clocking out 1/2 hour for breakfast, lunch and dinner — was 121 1/2 hours.

Imagine the fines that would have been levied on the AK salmon cannery under this kind of bill get passed into law!

This is a great idea, do you have any idea how many Business Owners like myself that are near or at Retirement Age will just simply CLOSE DOWN and make that 32 hours ZERO for everyone?? I am on the way to do that right now and I am going full steam ahead.

Who is John Galt?

ALOT of companies work 4 - 10 hour days & employees VOTED for such.

Saves 20% of travel & lunch costs.

Our government is not supposed to have the power to determine work weeks or set wages.

I need about 50hr/week to get all my work done.
All this means is every project any high tech team is working on will be 6-12 months late.

One person’s “LIVING WAGE” is another person’s “HIGH ON THE HOG” money

Have been self employed since 1980.

In 1988, I averaged 78 hours a week.

YOU will not be the only business that shuts the door.

THEN-—THE MINIMUM WAGE for those employees will be ZERO

Dollar Tree & Family dollar are shuttering over 1000 stores.

Biden has the stupid idea that all those types of stores MUST carry fresh produce & meat products.

Those stores are NOT built for either produce or meat.

Rhetorical question.

By this time next year my wife and I will be happily residing in Galts Gulch, and after that I don’t care what happens.

All timed for the stolen election in November. The ridiculous budget from Chomo Joe. The sudden “reproductive rights” and now “evil republicans demand you become a work week slave.”

I hear ya.

Mrs. BBB333 & I have been self employed for more than 20 years. You have to work when you have to work.

BTW my AK summer job was union (ILWU) and that was a big check that week! That 6- week summer job paid for a year of college.
