Except H1-B foreigners! They work for low wages making it possible for their employer to stay in business in United States. And they pay taxes. Best of all you never hear H1-B workers committing crimes or collecting welfare. May be all illegals migrants should be given H1-B visas. All crime will disappear, all welfare as well.
