Given the “group” effort to prevent Trump from returning to the White House, and the actions taken against him the last time he was President, I’m afraid that what we BELIEVE our government is doing is no where near the truth. It’s obviously a lot worse and all three branches of government to the highest levels are involved.
My only argument with your assertion is that it started with Biden.
I would argue it started with FDR's State department at the end of WWII, and Biden is just the endgame.

Part of the reason that the border has been thrown open is to replace their long standing coalition which is crumbling after decades of broken promises to minority communities. But more importantly is that it provides blue states 13 more congressional seats. I think blue states will be surprising even, for I think it is backfiring on them badly because they have been in your face about it. No, subtly whatsoever.

It’s more like the Hillary Russia Collusion participants never faced criminal charges. No consequences for their illegal acts. Well if Hunter does not show up for Congress, then he is in the position as Peter. So would a DC Judge convict? If so would it be 4 months? If appealed would the prison sentence be put on hold? Interesting times we live in.
