Justice Sotomayor is insufferable. Filibustering in a way I don’t think I have ever seen at an oral argument and Alito subtly calls her out on it.
She presents meandering multi-layered hypos, demands “answer yes, or no!” then immediately cuts off the lawyer and jumps to another long hypo, then cuts off the lawyer...Chief Justice Roberts had to intervene to allow him to answer.
