There were several Obama EO’s that Trump tried to overturn but was denied.

<>No president can bind a future president by an executive order.<>

I recall a federal judge or two that prevented PDJT from rescinding an illegal Obama exec order. IIRC it was DACA.

But, the Constitution is, without doubt, on our side.

Per Article II, the President IS the executive branch.

I’m certain that Judge Clarence Thomas would delight in ruling this obvious fact.

If Trumps does not fire all of the top management(and those with a record of being corrupt) at the DOJ then he will get nowhere in restoring justice for all.

These departments are all part of the executive branch so I am not so sure that even congress can stop the president from firing someone.

Move the offices to Nome, AK. You get a Quonset hut, land phone, fax, no internet, a cot and a desk. Self vacating at that point.

Yes, but 1-8 votes on the Court do not carry the day.

Their goal is to have Trump alone and isolated in the White House, with no one in the Executive Branch willing to carry out his orders, backed up by a woke military.

That's what I've been telling people. He'll be a lame duck on day one.

But you're right. Joe Biden had four years to pick his officers in the military.

And none of the grunts are from the heartland. Most of them are from inner cities/immigrants now.

It used to be that most of them are from the South/Midwest.

Best campaign ad ever. They know it’s inevitable.

Any rule Biden makes, Trump can unmake.

Indeed. Even though the rule has a couple of clauses stating no subsequent president, especially a fascist, war-mongering, black-hating, LGBTQ murdering nazi, like Donald Trump, may undo the rule.

You don’t have to fire them, just reassign their talents to Guam and Diego Garcia.

Fed workers at SES grade or up can be moved to any job anywhere the government decides.

After being elected, Trump should setup a new DEI agency, build a bunch of circus tents in Hobbs NM to house the new agency and send the awoke and unwanted SESers to man the new agency.

Pay them not to come to work. They only make things worse when they do. Require an agreement that the money only flows if they don’t get another job. Monitor their SSNs to enforce it.

That was my first thought as well.

How about this? The Department of Education has 4,400 employees.
There employees are protected by the Civil Service Administration.
Trump abolishes the Department of Education and offers all
DOE
Employees the opportunity to be inducted into the Armed Services.

Seems like the Socialists are getting a little NERVOUS about the upcoming election! ;)

Good! I’ve been both a State and a Federal Worker Bee. I can attest that the systems are FULL of dead weight. I was probably Dead Weight myself in some of the ‘made up’ jobs I held at various times. ;)

Don’t even get me STARTED on Year-End ‘Budgeting.’ Use it or lose it, Baby! Do NOT trim any FAT!

Half the desks in federal bureaucrat offices are empty. My guess is that they’re dead or incapacitated from the kung-flu shots. Give it another year.

No president can bind a future president by an executive order.

For the perusal of all on this thread, EOs have sunset dates (1 year), and bidAn has renewed many of Trump's EOs, and then renewed the renewals. Including 13848, foreign interference in a domestic election. Here is just one:

... For this reason, the national emergency declared on September 12, 2018, must continue in effect beyond September 12, 2022. Therefore, in accordance with section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622(d)), I am continuing for 1 year the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13848 with respect to the threat of foreign interference in or undermining public confidence in United States elections.
