Actually he needs to be executed.

Enough of these homeless wastes of human flesh. I don’t mean people who had a bad misfortune and lost their home without family and are on the streets, or temporarily drug addicts who have never had a chance at rehab.

I mean these drug addled, criminal deviants who have been in a cycle of drugs—crime—homelessness and violence for many years. They will always be a threat and will never be of any value. Give them a chance or two…and if they commit any non-self defense violence, off with their head so to say.
