Liz Cheney is one of the most despicable, entitled, spoiled, debased, “people” of all time.
\The Supreme Court should carefully construct certain immunities for the Executive Branch, especially the President or a former President to give him “tail coverage” for after they leave office, since our government is comprised of three CO-EQUAL branches of government. You can’t sue Judges or Legislators so why in hell would anyone expect to be able to sue or prosecute a President? Especially for non-purely personal crimes like murdering someone for a personal reason (not Solemani for example).
Obama and Biden have no POWER to waive Trump’s executive privileges or immunities. The court should lay it out. And we know the disgruntled 3 will just want to get Trump but they are a disgrace to the Court.
