Guess what? It’s not being recycled. There are warehouses around DC jam packed with that “recycled” paper and it has been that way for years.

I have seen in military mess halls nothing but gas burners and huge steam kettles run off district heating steam from a building sized boiler which on some bases was gasp coal fired some where fuel oil as well. I don’t think the DOD is gonna give up gas to try to cook meals for a thousand plus at a chow time.

NO, I think they should ban AIR CONDITIONING in ALL Federal Buildings.

Start with the ones in California and AZ.

Then ban HEAT in all Federal Buildings starting in Alaska in October.
