I think I can now say, with 99% confidenence, that spring has finally sprung.

Days are finally 24 hours with temps above freezing, and there is rapid melting as the days get longer. I can see grass everywhere. And I can even navigate from my garage to the back yard. Snow was at least 4’ deep on the steps up to the yard from the driveway. I am a happy camper. It has been a really rough winter for snow.

Looks like spring might really be here this time. Lots of melting now because all 24 hours in the days are staying above freezing, and the days are getting longer.

A very pleasant good Friday morning and ((HUGS)) to everyone at the Canteen and to all our military at home and abroad. Thanks for your service to our country and thanks Beach for this morning's thread.

So far so good this morning, the storms are out around Lubbock Texas and moving Northeast. We'll see what happens. For right now our country is not under a watch but we could see storms here later this morning.

Don't I know it. How we still have so much after moving from a two-story home (18.5 years ago) to a small house is beyond me. I'm still sorting through stuff. What I can't sell or give away is being put in storage over near the house. Once we get a shed for what we're keeping, I'll have to find a place to take the rest.

Happy for you that the snow is melting and you can see the grass now.
Makes it less treacherous going and coming.
