It’s based on community of interests doctrine.
Forced integration was the worst thing to ever happen. People are tribal by nature, they want to live among people who are just like them. Also, segregation was good for blacks because they couldn’t blame their problems on anyone else, and their families were intact.

We can only hope, work and pray for those solutions!

who believe that if you cannot hang on to it they can take it
