Not possible. The reason you can’t make a vaccine for a coronavirus is that it constantly mutates. There is no way they can overcome that with one all in one vaccine. Covid 19, for example, mutates once every 10 hours.
There are literally Millions of Coronaviruses out there, not just a core 8 of them. These viruses constantly mutate which makes anything you out there already obsolete.
