The chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, a close ally of President Donald Trump, said Sunday that the Justice Department has established a way to review information gathered in Ukraine by Trump personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who has targeted Democrat Joe Biden and his son. Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said Attorney General William Barr told him during a conversation Sunday that the department has “created a process that Rudy could give information and they would see if it’s verified.” “Rudy Giuliani is a well-known man,” said Graham. “He’s a crime fighter. He’s loyal to the president. He’s a good lawyer.”...

During President Donald J. Trump's impeachment trial, we'll hear a lot of talk about our rules for governing. One frequent claim is that our nation is a democracy. If we've become a democracy, it would represent a deep betrayal of our founders, who saw democracy as another form of tyranny. In fact, the word democracy appears nowhere in our nation's two most fundamental documents, the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. The founders laid the ground rules for a republic as written in the Constitution's Article IV, Section 4, which guarantees "to every State in this Union a Republican...

AYAHUALTEMPA, Mexico — Before he picked up a rifle and joined a squad of armed children, Alex wanted to become a schoolteacher. He’d teach anything — “whatever the principal asks” — because spending his days in a classroom sounded pretty good. He was 13, a B student with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles bicycle who got nervous around the girls in his middle school. Then, in November, as violence surged in the mountains of Guerrero state, the men of Ayahualtempa decided it was time for their sons to take up arms.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez went on an extended discussion about economics and John Maynard Keynes - where she referred to him as "Milton Keynes." The New York Democrat said that the "famed economist Milton Keynes predicted that by 2030, GDP and technology would have advanced so much that it would allow everyday people to work as little as 15 hours a week and provide for their families."

Feminism is the enemy of Mothers. By demonising men and heterosexuality, feminism attacks the essential need of mothers to have men who can participate freely in family life. Who agrees? Feminism has liberated women to the workplace but then does not support parental leave for mothers. It was only a conservative Prime Minister in Tony Abbott who seriously addressed good parental leave for mothers in Australia. What is President Trump’s record like on this issue?

“Senator [Clinton] Anderson [D-N.M.] was a big disappointment. He was full of hate. I had a little Mexican-American kid as a page boy and he told me, he said, ‘Senator Anderson is the meanest son of a bitch I have ever met.’ He said, ‘He just treats you like you’re a dog.’ And he was also sort of a sex maniac…” “Senator [Estes] Kefauver [D-Tenn.] had a drinking problem. He smelled like booze all the time, but he was not a mean man. His staff loved him …He was despised among all the Southern Democrats. Not a one of them...

This was the worst week for Democrats since Donald Trump’s election-night shocker of 2016. Why it matters: In less than 200 hours, Democrats botched Iowa, watched Trump hit an all-time popularity high, debated ousting the DNC chair, and watched a socialist soar and an ideological civil war intensify. Axios' Margaret Talev reports from New Hampshire that amid real enthusiasm at candidate rallies, there's an underlying unease about unifying the party enough to get the kind of turnout needed to win in November. What we're hearing: There's a new fatalism in my conversations with Democrats, with many telling me that what...

With a little help from a massive tailwind, of course. British Airways Boeing 747 traveled from New York to London in just four hours and 56 minutes, hitting a top ground speed of 825 miles per hour and setting a subsonic flight record for the route. That 250+ mph tailwind meant that the 747’s true airspeed was still below the speed of sound, but that doesn’t take away from how incredible it is to get across the Atlantic in just over four hours. It should be mentioned that while flight BA112 smashed the subsonic record, the fastest time from NYC...

Open Letter to His Excellency Abp. Carlo Maria Viganò Cesare Baronio: We must fight under Christ's banner Church Militant has been asked to publish an open letter from Cesare Baronio, originally published in Italian at Marco Tosatti's website, addressing former U.S. papal nuncio Abp. Carlo Maria Viganò, who blew the whistle on what he called "the corrupt gay mafia" strangling the Church. 130 prominent lay Catholics gathered in Munich in January to protest and pray for the end of the German "synodal path" My Lord Archbishop, It was with great pleasure that I saw how the gospel adage Estote prudentes ut serpentes,...

Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) said Sunday on MSNBC that the 2020 presidential hopefuls who are white had “blemishes on their record about their relationships with black people.” When asked about 2020 hopeful Pete Buttigieg, Waters said, “You know, one’s record will speak for itself. If there are facts about what he has done or what he has not done, then he’s going to have to try and make people, you know, believe that he understands where he made mistakes and promises to do better and be able to articulate how he’s going to do even better than he’s done in...

Obama's CIA Director John Brennan denounced Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ken) for naming Eric Ciaramella as the person behind the Democrats impeachment case against President Trump. "This man is beneath contempt," Brennan asserted. "The effective wielding of power by government relies upon access to secret informers who must be able to make allegations without fear of contradiction or public disclosure of their identities. The supposed right to confront one's accuser may be affordable when the issues are not so weighty. But the state must not be boxed in by this quaint artifact from the Bill of Rights. Too much is at...

A shocking report published Saturday local time by the Epoch Times revealed that crematoriums in China are struggling to keep up with the hundreds of bodies they are receiving, suggesting Beijing is undercounting the number of coronavirus deaths in the country. The Epoch Times, a Chinese-American anti-communist newspaper, sent journalists to speak with the heads of several funeral homes and crematoriums in Hubei province – whose capital, Wuhan, is the epicenter of the current novel coronavirus outbreak. The newspaper found that adding up the total number of people cremated per day in several funeral homes yielded a significantly larger number...
