The Russian Air Force is receiving six more MiG-31BM jet fighters, which apparently means the manufacturer has found and fixed the problems that this latest version of the MiG-31 was having. These are not new aircraft but refurbished and upgrades of existing MiG-31s. Russia wants to keep its elderly (production ended in 1994) MiG-31s in service until at least 2030 but to do that they had to be refurbished and upgraded to the MiG-31BM standard. The upgrade process began in 2010 but was halted in 2016 because of the accidents. Apparently the MiG-3BM upgrades resumed by 2018 but only a...

With just a few months left before the United States Presidential elections, electronic voting machines are back in the news. Sometimes we all wonder how honest patriots in these so-called sanctuary cities can put up with the nonsense that is brought upon them by the liberals. Well, we might have an answer to that question. Smartmatic is a multinational company that specializes in building and implementing electronic voting systems. The company also produces smart cities solutions[buzzword] (including public safety and public transportation), identity management systems for civil registration and authentication products for government applications. Smartmatic itself provided the machines for...

To paraphrase Will Rogers, it’s no trouble being a humorist when you have Joe Biden working for you. “Lying dog-faced pony soldier”??? This is going to go down in the annals of all-time political gaffes. It’s the verbal equivalent of Michael Dukakis riding in a tank, or Gary Hartpence sailing on the “Monkey Business,” or George Romney admitting he had been “brainwashed” over Vietnam. (Funny how that problem seems to run in the family. Gosh.)

Choi, 62, said he was fired a week ago from a hospital in Pyeongtaek, 65 km south of Seoul, where he had worked as a caregiver for a year. Choi is from Jilin Province in northeastern China, where many people of Korean descent live. "I was forced to leave my job just because I am Chinese," said Choi, adding that he has been in South Korea for more than a decade. "I have no idea what to do now." Ahn, meanwhile, said he has no hope of getting a cleaning job at a sauna or a golf course because people...

On this day 200 years ago, a vital leader in the movement for women’s rights was born. Susan B. Anthony was born on Feb. 15, 1820, in Adams, Massachusetts. She grew up in a Quaker household, where they believed that everyone was equal under God. That belief stuck with her throughout her lifetime. While traveling around the country delivering speeches in favor of women’s suffrage, Anthony spoke on the topics of labor rights, equal pay and ending slavery. Anthony worked closely with Elizabeth Cady Stanton. For more than 50 years, they teamed together fighting for women’s rights. Some of their...

“There are facts, and there are beliefs, and there are things you want so badly to believe that they become as facts to you.” And here I thought the science was settled; now this: Scientists say solar system affects Earth’s carbon cycle. What’s up with that? "Our work shows that for the 18 million years or so in between the Triassic-Jurassic mass extinction and the Toarcian oceanic anoxic event, Earth's global carbon cycle was in a constant state of change. Periodic changes in the shape of Earth's orbit around the sun impacted on the amount of energy received by Earth...

After three years of apocalyptic wailing and gnashing of environmentalist teeth over President Trump’s decision to withdraw from the job and economy killing Paris Climate Accord, it is ironic that the one country that faces the brunt of criticism from climate change zealots such as Greta Thunberg is leading the world and the European Union in lowering emissions and promoting cleaner energy, such as natural gas, all the while not hurting the economy: Despite shrieks of terror from the left about how President Donald Trump’s presidency threatens the existence of Earth and thus mankind, the fact is that under his...

Leonardo da Vinci's The Virgin of the Rocks (about 1491/2-9 and 1506-8) originally had a very different composition, new research by the National Gallery in London revealed. Analysis of the artwork showed that two distinct drawings depicting the same figures in different poses lie beneath the painting, which is one of the most popular in the museum's collection. In the first composition, the angel holds the infant Christ much more tightly, and both figures are positioned higher. The Virgin also looks toward the pair, instead of staring downward. A second composition aligns much more closely to the final version, but...

With their ludicrous impeachment exercise, Democrats have forever destroyed impeachment as a political tool even as they ensured that it will get pulled out of the drawer repeatedly by their radical political progeny in the years ahead. It took mere milliseconds following acquittal before the raging impeachaholics started fantasizing about the next round. The latest round of impeachment hysteria was triggered by President Trump's removal of the villainous Vindmans, the failed ambassador par mediocre, and other assorted swamp creatures. Patriotic Americans wondered why it took so long. Those with TDS reprised the scene from Monty Python and the Holy Grail,...

Think about it… – Michael Avenatti is that coke-head guy in “Die Hard” who sits down in front of the head terrorist and says, “Hans, bubby…I can give ‘im to ya.” Image may contain: 1 person, smiling, sitting, beard and text Get used to hearing the name “Jensen.” – I really really really hate to quote Andrew Weissmann, but, the former lead prosecutor for American Gestapo Chief, er, ‘special counsel’ Robert Mueller basically confirmed what I told you here after hearing the news that Andrew McCabe would not be prosecuted for lying to investigators: That doesn’t mean that McCabe just...

The Democrats have so many week candidates this time it looks like no matter who they pick it's not going to go good for them. I personally hope the Democrat give the most votes to Bernie and then the party gives the nomination to Biden. Know that we have a really good idea cool all their candidates are, who are you rooting for?

My friend and sometime colleague Roger Stone's sentencing is set for next week in Washington, D.C., and the circus surrounding it is already in full force. This case, or railroading as it is more aptly called, was over before it began. There was no way he was going to get a proper hearing in this venue, with this jury and especially with Obama Judge Amy Berman Jackson and the nasty crew of Deep-State prosecutors on the case (well, formerly on the case since they all quit this week; butthurt because Roger actually caught a break when the President rightfully stood...

Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 1 John 4:10 KJV The Roger Stone fiasco is the perfect face of the Deep State. For decades Repubs have understood the way the game is played. Dems can get away with any corruption they desire and Repubs are supposed to sit back and allow it. If Repubs are accused of the wildest accusation they are guilty and will be prosecuted into oblivion. Just as the Clintons can make millions selling Uranium to Russia, Trump gets...

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem (Music in The Bible) Psalm 118 Psalm 118 1 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever. 2 Let Israel say: “His love endures forever.” 3 Let the house of Aaron say: “His love endures forever.” 4 Let those who fear the Lord say: “His love endures forever.” 5 When hard pressed, I cried to the Lord; he brought me into a spacious place. 6 The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me? 7 The Lord is with me; he is my helper. I look in...

"It is only right for me to feel this way about you all, because I have you in my heart, since both in my imprisonment and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you all are partakers of grace with me. For God is my witness, how I long for you all with the affection of Christ Jesus" (Phil. 1:7-8). Often the strongest and deepest relationships are forged in the crucible of Christian ministry. Undoubtedly there are people who occupy a special place in your heart. Perhaps you seldom see them or talk to them, but they are on...

Proposed bill would require men in Alabama to get vasectomy MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WIAT) — A proposed bill in the Alabama Legislature would require all men in the state to get a vasectomy within one month of their 50th birthday or the birth of their third biological child, whichever comes first. The bill, HB-238, was proposed by Rep. Rolanda Hollis on Thursday. The proposal also states the procedure will be done at the man’s own expense. The bill simply states that “under existing law, there are no restrictions on the reproductive rights of men.” Hollis said on Twitter that the measure...

MIAMI - In a warehouse covered in murals in the Design District here, cater waiters served wine and platters of Cuban sandwiches, summer rolls and kosher pigs in a blanket. They wore all black but for red, white and blue T-shirts reading “I Like Mike Bloomberg.” Before the candidate took the stage - set against an oversize painting reading “Mike 2020” that a local artist had been paid thousands to produce in 36 hours - the former mayor of Miami Beach, Philip Levine, introduced him. Bloomberg, the multibillionaire behind Bloomberg LP, has poured hundreds of millions of dollars into the...

Bloomberg, the former mayor of New York City who is now running for president, funded a network of attorneys who helped pursue prosecutions related to “climate change.” As the Competitive Enterprise Institute noted in a 2018 report, Bloomberg created a “scheme” to pay attorneys who were placed in the offices of state attorneys general, and whose role was to pursue environmental violations — as well as the political opponents of left-wing climate change policies: York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, this scheme centerson paying to place activist attorneys—dubbed State Assistant Attorneys General (SAAGs)—in offices of the attorney general (OAGs) to play an...
