  • Yikes, BACKFIRE! Alyssa Milano SO ENRAGED by Dana Loesch she accidentally proves #NoRA is all FAIL

Sheesh, Alyssa Milano seems upset with Dana Loesch for sharing a lil ol’ story we wrote about her when she bragged about beating the NRA. It’s not our fault Alyssa doesn’t understand many things she’s advocating for when it comes to gun control are already in place and that it’s a lack of enforcement and a failure of the system that sadly leads to many mass shootings. Which is why we laugh so hard when gun grabbers demand MORE LAWS – maybe they think if they make some things DOUBLY ILLEGAL that will do the trick this time.
  • Bette Midler: Gun Control Would Have Saved Bobby Kennedy. Or Something.

Hollywood liberal Bette Midler has said a lot of dumb things in the past. But her latest tweet may have taken the cake. Blaming the 1968 assassination of Bobby Kennedy on the lack of gun control. In honor of her most recent tweet, here some of her idiotic tweets throughout the years. Blaming the NRA for mass shootings. Saying the United States will go down the toilet because Republicans won the Senate.

Could the CW’s series about the bulletproof hero Supergirl really be dense enough to do another episode against guns? Not only is it that dumb, but the show takes the gun control rhetoric to a new super-dumb level in their hunt for a potential mass shooter. The June 4 episode “Not Kansas” has a criminal getting his hands on what is described as a “DEO assault rifle” with capabilities equal to those issued to the secret government organization DEO. Since the gun was manufactured for government use, DEO head and secret alien J’onn Jonnz (David Heywood) and secret vigilante James...
  • 110 Confederate monuments removed since 2015: report (splc pukes!)

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- It took generations to erect all the nation's Confederate monuments, and a new report shows they're being removed at a pace of about three each month. The study -- released Monday (June 4) by the Southern Poverty Law Center -- shows that 110 Confederate monuments have been removed nationwide since 2015, when a shooting at a black church in South Carolina energized a movement against such memorials. The number -- which includes schools and roads that have been renamed in California, a repurposed Confederate holiday in Georgia, plus rebel flags and monuments that have been taken down...

The city of Shawnee, Kansas, apologized to onlookers after Kansas Secretary of State and GOP gubernatorial candidate Kris Kobach rode in a jeep beside a replica .50 caliber rifle. Kobach was taking part in a Johnston County parade on Saturday morning. The Kansas City Star reports that Kobach rode in a jeep on which a replica .50 caliber rifle was mounted.
  • Why I Joined the NRA After Writing Gun Control Articles

Years back, I was a staunch gun control advocate. Last week, I joined the NRA and the Gun Owners of America, and I’m looking to join more Second Amendment advocacy groups. How did this evolution take place? In 2014, I wrote articles for “The Huffington Post” titled “If ISIS Had Committed the 11 School Shootings Since Sandy Hook, Congress Would Have Declared War” and “What Gun Advocates Should Remember: You’ll Never Overthrow The Government and It Isn’t Scared of You.“ Rebuttals from numerous publications resulted from the latter piece, especially since it highlighted my disdain (at the time) for gun...
  • Anti-gun teen demagogue: ‘When are we doing a die-in at Trump Hotel?’

Over the weekend, David Hogg, the foul-mouthed anti-gun teen demagogue dubbed the “king of the snowflakes” on Twitter, held a “die-in” which prompted the supermarket chain Publix to temporarily stop all political contributions. Apparently, Hogg thinks that’s the answer to the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, and now wants a repeat performance at a Trump Hotel. “So when are we doing a die-in at Trump Hotel?” Hogg tweeted Monday afternoon.

More news is available about what happened in Oklahoma City and the Louie’s Grill & Bar shooting. Shannon Watts immediately rushed to attack the idea that it was good men with guns. See, the two guys that engaged the shooter were not just regular Joe Schmoes with CCW permits. One was a retired cop the other is National Guardsman. That means that both men were anointed with the magic, superiority granting fairy dust of government. Or in Shannons word’s “Not. Average. Civilians.” Except that they are. A retired cop is a… civilian. Being a police officer is not like being...

Robert Reich, former Secretary of Labor under Bill Clinton, turned ubiquitous talking head on left-leaning cable news and radio, recently published five talking points that he claims shoot holes in the NRA's (here meaning all gun-rights supporters') arguments. The points are not at all unique to Mr. Reich, so we thought it would be worthwhile to take a closer look.
  • Gun control support fades three months after Florida massacre:

The Parkland, Florida, school massacre has had little lasting impact on U.S. views on gun control, three months after the shooting deaths of 17 people propelled a national movement by some student survivors, a Reuters/Ipsos poll showed on Wednesday. While U.S. public support for more gun control measures has grown slowly but steadily over the years, it typically spikes immediately after the mass shootings that have become part of the U.S. landscape, then falls back to pre-massacre levels within a few months.
  • Our culture: Incubator for a mass killer's hatred

In the aftermath of the Santa Fe shootings, anti-gun activists still holding the NRA responsible fail to address the hate factor to which they also subscribe. Their vitriol, encouraging violence against gun rights activists and predominantly Republican supporters, builds another foundational layer of societal hatred for future mass killers to justify violence. Profane NRA slogans have become commonplace whether “F–- the NRA” appears on T-shirts or is used in a Democratic Party candidate’s television commercial. After Trump tweeted concerns about the Santa Fe shootings, one-time-but-no-longer-funny-woman Kathy Griffin verbally attacked him, commenting, “You are a sociopath completely devoid of any empathy....
  • What if school walkouts don't work?(Good guy with a gun)

The New York Times seemed to think it was bitterly ironic that some of the students at Santa Fe High School, site of the recent mass shooting, had staged a walkout last month in support of the Parkland, Florida, students. But now, only a month later, one of the students who participated in the walkout is in the hospital from yet another school shooting. I suppose we could revel in the irony, but, as a more results-oriented person, what I take from that vignette is that school walkouts are not effective deterrents to school shootings. I’m not sure the poems...
  • Leftist Professor Defaced Family Home of NRA’s Chris Cox

I watched as stone-faced Patricia W. Hill, a “Research Assistant Professor” from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, was found guilty on May 21, 2018, of a misdemeanor crime for defacing the private home of NRA’s Chris Cox. Cox is the charismatic Executive Director of the Institute for Legislative Action, the political and lobbying arm of the National Rifle Association. Patricia Hill - well, she is not a fan of the NRA. Cox’s security detail observed and recorded Hill as she approached his home and sprayed red substance on the front steps of the Cox family residence. The substance appeared to be...

Not everyone from the Parkland school shooting is an activist for gun control. Kyle Kashuv, in fact, is adamant that the Second Amendment is not the problem; government failure is. He's defying a blue wave to get that word out. At an American Freedom Alliance conference on guns and school shooting yesterday in Los Angeles, Kashuv, the bright kid who defied the media "narrative" about gun control, came out in favor of the Second Amendment and has begun organizing for it, urging conservatives to fight the moves to grab guns and sway young voters in thrall to leftist blather as...

Liberals always seem to be declaring they only want bans or restrictions on certain types of guns. Added to that is their declaration of support for the Second Amendment. However, once in a while, one of those liberals lets their mask drop and makes their true intention known. Such a person is the editor-at-large Dave Holmes of Esquire magazine who flat out declared in the wake of the school shootings in Texas on Friday that he wants to ban all guns. Here is Holmes saying what most other liberals are careful to keep under wraps in Okay, Now I Actually...
  • USA Today: Guns Used In Texas Shooting Were ‘Less Lethal’ Than Other Shootings

USA Today reported that “less-lethal weapons” were used during the school shooting Friday in Santa Fe, Texas, which claimed 10 lives and injured 10 others. “Two details set it apart from the list of other recent deadly attacks: explosives and weapons used,” the article said. “The guns may have slowed down the gunman’s deadly rampage because they have a slower firing rate than firearms used in other recent mass shootings, such as the AR-15 … High-powered rifles such as the AR-15 can be fired more than twice as fast as most handguns. The standard magazine for an AR-15 holds 30...

Sympathy and charity are the natural reactions to a tragedy. Using the deaths of innocent people as an immediate platform for political gain is inhuman. So, naturally, that’s the route Hollywood elitists chose to take just hours after the school shooting in Santa Fe that left 10 dead and several injured. Actors and actresses attacked everything they could get their hands on with blind, misdirected rage and virtuous grandstanding. It was like a wake of ghoulish vultures, screeching “YOUR PRAYERS DON’T WORK.” As politicians and others offered their thoughts and prayers to the victims and their families, eager entertainers pounced...

It didn’t take CNN long to start spreading fake news after Friday’s school shooting at Santa Fe High School in Texas. CNN Chief National Security Correspondent Jim Sciutto and political correspondent Sara Murray both tweeted that today’s deadly shooting brings the total number of U.S. school shootings this year to 22. The list of school shootings used by CNN and other news outlets, however, wildly exaggerates the number by lumping in accidental firearm discharges, domestic disputes, and events that don’t involve students with the active shooter situations that most people don’t lump into the specific category of school shootings. (RELATED:...

Students across the United States will join a national march to call for tighter gun control and to highlight the issue of school safety. The March for Our Lives was organised by pupils at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida, where a former student is accused of killing 17 people last month. The shooting, one of the worst in US history, renewed debate about gun laws and the rights of gun owners.

A group of Boulder residents filed a lawsuit Wednesday challenging the City Council’s Wednesday move to ban the possession of commonly owned semi-automatic firearms. The residents, represented by the Mountain States Legal Foundation, face steep financial penalties and jail time for the possession of firearms that are presently legal throughout the state of Colorado and the United States. They filed the lawsuit in federal district court in Denver, Colorado. A similar ordinance recently passed in Deerfield Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Jon Caldara of the Boulder Rifle Club, locally-owned Bison Tactical and Tyler Faye, a member of the University of...
