Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C., are also averaging more daily cases than ever. With COVID-19 cases rising so fast, fueled by the rapid spread of the...

Former congresswoman Jane Harman appeared on Fox News Sunday this week and expressed that she was troubled by the foreign donations received by the Clinton Foundation: “Yes, there was a process set up. All of the other contributions were reviewed, as I understand it. There was transparency. This was an unsolicited donation of $500,000 at a time when U.S. was deluged with help for Haiti.I guess it got lost in the system. I think it needs to be explained. I don’t understand why the money wasn’t returned, or after the fact, approval wasn’t sought.” She went on to say that, in the...

City councilman Carlos Herrera in today’s El Nacional accuses lawyer Socrates Tinaco of stealing a billion bolivars from Danilo Anderson’ apartment. Herrera says Socrates distributed this cash among some workers of the Attorney General’s office. He also says they took other property from Anderson’s home. Now, what I would like to understand is how Herrera finds it perfectly natural that Prosecutor Anderson had some US$ 520,000 at home. How can he even say that those that took the money should be charged for theft? How can he even suggest that Anderson’s house was “dry” of money after four days? Can...

Photo: Graham Norrie, University of Birmingham Institute of Archaeology and Antiquity. A Stone Age hand axe dating back 500,000 years has been discovered at a quarry in Warwickshire. The tool was found at the Smiths Concrete Bubbenhall Quarry at Waverley Wood Farm, near Coventry, which has already produced evidence of some of the earliest known human occupants of the UK. It was uncovered in gravel by quarry manager John Green who took it to be identified by archaeologists at...
