The suspension was announced on Tuesday to review Chris Cuomo’s conduct over materials that suggested he was more involved than he had admitted in trying to help his brother, then-New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, amid sexual harassment allegations against the former governor earlier this year. The materials were released on Nov. 29 by New York’s attorney general, Letitia James, whose office found that Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed at least 11 women while he was governor. On Friday morning the GOP establishment once again exposed its cowardice by supporting a House resolution to condemn “QAnon and the conspiracy theories it promotes.” We know that 140 GOP representatives voted in favor of this politically charged resolution, which amounts to 70 percent of the entire GOP caucus. With this vote, more GOP representatives have condemned an overwhelmingly peaceful pro-Trump conservative movement than have condemned Black Lives Matter and Antifa.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the Supreme Court justice who was as pioneering as she was brash, died on Friday, the court said. She was 87. Fox News chief news anchor Shepard Smith is leaving the conservative cable network after 23 years, it was announced Friday. Smith’s appearance Friday on “Shepard Smith Reporting” was his last appearance on the network, according to Fox News.
