The video from the Saturday event in Sofia shows the man climbing the podium where Ahmed Dogan, the leader of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, was speaking on Saturday, and pointing the gun to his face. President Obama may say airstrikes in Libya aren’t hostilities, but it doesn’t get much more hostile than attempted assassination. Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH) says Adm. Samuel Locklear, the top U.S. admiral involved in airstrikes, admitted last month that NATO forces were aiming to kill Gaddafi—a role that Locklear said he felt fit under the alliance’s mandate. In addition, Locklear reportedly told Turner that he anticipated American boots on the ground following Gaddafi’s fall. Get it? America's assassins drape themselves in the American flag and are motivated by some misguided sense of patriotism. Maybe that's not how they actually view it. Continuing the craziness that has been on full display for two days now, insane liberals are now calling for the "assassination" of former VP candidate Sarah Palin.
