Mayor Adams has been accused of sexually assaulting a former colleague in 1993 in a lawsuit filed just before the deadline for the Adult Survivors Act, The Post learned Thursday. The accuser, whom The Post is not identifying because of the nature of the allegation, named the former cop as a defendant along with the NYPD’s transit bureau and Guardian Association in a lawsuit filed late Wednesday.

According to the Windsor Police Department, a self-identified transgender suspect in a recent sexual assault case turned herself in on Tuesday afternoon. The victim in the case claimed that the suspect, identified as Desiree Anderson (also known as Cody D’Entremont), had entered her bed and sexually assaulted her while they were both staying at the shelter in Windsor, Ontario. A migrant woman who had been declared “mum of the year” by a magazine in 2022 has admitted to assaulting a Ukrainian woman. Ellie Kisyombe, a migrant woman who had previously run as an election candidate for Ireland’s left-wing Social Democrats, has reportedly admitted to assaulting a Ukrainian woman working in a migrant centre in 2019. Kisyombe had previously been a darling of the Irish media establishment, even being declared “mum of the year” by one magazine in the county late last year.

Jared “Riley” Dowell, the 23-year-old child of House Minority Whip Katherine Clark (D-MA), appeared in Boston Municipal Court on Monday on charges of assaulting a police officer and vandalism. Dowell pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released after previously posting $500 bail, according to the Boston Globe. The court appearance comes after Dowell was arrested Saturday night at an anti-police protest. During the protest, police discovered Dowell spray-painting the historic Parkman Bandstand in the Boston Common with the acronym “ACAB,” which stands for “all cops are bastards,” and “NO COP CITY,” according to the Boston Police Department.

A 14-year-old boy was arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting an 87-year-old woman before stealing her car at knifepoint outside a Wisconsin library last month, a report said. The teen is accused of carrying out the horrific attack Nov. 30 at the Waukesha Public Library before driving away in the woman’s car, CBS 58 reported. The elderly woman reported the crime to police who tracked the teen down in the car and arrested him after fled the vehicle on foot, the report said. The suspect attended Waukesha high school, but since the attack has left the district, the report said.

A New Jersey gym owner who federal prosecutors say was among the initial group of people to forcefully enter the Capitol building on Jan. 6 has become the first riot defendant to plead guilty to assaulting a law enforcement officer. Lance Armstrong’s oldest son has been accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in 2018, an allegation that Armstrong’s legal representation denies. Luke Armstrong, now 21, is accused of driving the girl to his father’s home in 2018 and assaulting her there. Luke Armstrong was 18 at the time, according to the arrest affidavit.

A London Metropolitan Police spokesman says a woman was arrested at the terminal for on assault on police, but has refused to disclose her identity or give her age. A Marine officer was charged Wednesday with assaulting three civilians in the Iraqi town of Hamdania last spring. The Marine Corps said that 2nd Lt. Nathan P. Phan beat the three men so severely on April 10 they could have died. He is accused of choking two victims and putting a loaded M9 service pistol into the mouth of one of the men.
