An Iranian warship accidentally fired a missile at a neighboring Iranian vessel during a naval exercise in the Gulf of Oman on May 10, killing at least 19 sailors and injuring 15 others others, the Iranian navy has said in a statement. The Iranian frigate Jamaran—which is operated by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Corps ccidentally fired a new anti-ship missile onto Konarak, a logistical ship, during a live-fire exercise. ..The Konarak is a domestically made missile-launching support ship. The missile from Jamaran was prematurely fired before the Konarak had moved far enough out of range, according to the news agency.

Alright I must have seen this clip a hundred times... a woman, dressed in white, kicks a soccer ball - it hits the bar, but then seems to go in, then bounces out. The goal is defended by a woman in a dark uniform with dark hair, I'm assuming she's Japanese. Now everyone is making a big deal of this saying she "scored her own goal" or some other BS and I'm sick of it can someone PLEASE explain to me what happened?

Time to cancel your subscriptions, Guns and Ammo Editor Dick Metcalf has penned an editorial for their December issue that will be leaving fans in shock; he’s supporting gun control. Metcalf claims there is a large difference between regulation, (well-regulated militia) and a direct infringement of civil rights, he has made this distinction the premise of his claims. “I bring this up,” he wrote, “because way too many gun owners still believe that any regulation of the right to keep and bear arms is an infringement. The fact is that all Constitutional rights are regulated, always have been, and need...

Sarah Palin once warned of death panels resulted from socialized medicine. She was mocked for the label, but the United Kingdom’s NHS hospitals are seemingly striving to prove that Palin was correct. The Liverpool Care Pathway has become notorious for its supposed end-of-life treatment. Over time, it has come to light that the so-called end-of-life “care” really consists of slowly starving and dehydrating patients to death, even children, who are put on the pathway not for being terminally ill, but simply for being disabled. Now, more shocking news has come to the surface. It turns out that half of all...

Gov. Charlie Crist said Friday he would have voted for President Barack Obama's healthcare bill -- only to retract his statement two hours later. His two opponents in the U.S. Senate race -- Democrat Kendrick Meek and Republican Marco Rubio -- immediately seized on the gaffe. Meek's camp diagnosed Crist with ``political amnesia,'' a reference to his repeated reversals on major policies in this campaign. In a statement, Rubio's campaign said Crist had flip-flopped several times on the issue: ``Charlie Crist's political opportunism puts him in a league of his own. After changing his mind six times, I'm still not...
